Payment terms

Reservations are subject to payment of a deposit of 50% of the total price of accommodation (for weekend stays, stays of 3 nights or less 100% of the total price of the stay) by bank transfer within 14 days of booking, but no later than 14 days before arrival. In case of non-payment of the deposit, the reservation is automatically cancelled on the 20th day after the reservation is made.

Cancellation policy

If the guest cancels the booked stay, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the total price of the stay as follows:

Up to 4 weeks before arrival: 10% of the total price of the stay
4-2 weeks before arrival: 20% of the total price of the stay
Less than 2 weeks before arrival: cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of the stay

Transfer fee

Up to 2 weeks before arrival: 10 % fee of the total price of the stay
Less than 2 weeks before arrival:
20% fee of the total price of the stay for moving the reservation date to the off-season (Sun-Fri)
30% according to the availability of dates outside the stay packages

In the event of early termination of the stay, there is no entitlement to a refund (the refund is again only in the case of cancellation insurance up to a maximum of 80% of the total unused amount).

 

Cancellation insurance

We recommend that our clients take out trip cancellation insurance for their stays. Our guests can take advantage of the framework contract concluded with Kooperativa insurance company, a.s..

Cancellation insurance

Insurance must be arranged before paying the deposit and send the insurance amount together with the deposit to a special account designated for this purpose.

Additional payment for accommodation

Balance transfer 14 days prior to arrival.

Entry conditions

Ideally, the guest will check-in online via the Alfredo app 2-3 days prior to arrival and will be notified in advance.

The stay starts with a check-in between 2 pm and 6 pm. Guests check in at the reception, which is part of the middle building No. 300. Here they will fill in a registration form (details of all persons, please bring ID or other travel document), unless they have done so via the Alfred app.

End of stay

The stay ends with breakfast on the day of departure and room check-out by 9.30 am. For weekend stays, the check-out time is set at 10 a.m., with the possibility of staying until 2 p.m. if the room is not subsequently occupied by other guests. Another option is to store luggage in the designated area until the afternoon.

Personal data protection

The personal data (in particular the name, surname and address, telephone and electronic contact) of the guest are stored in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Coll., as amended. All data obtained from guests is used by the Seller exclusively for internal use (for the purpose of successful performance of the contract) and is not provided to third parties. The exceptions are the Heureka server, through whose system the buyer can place an order for services, and possibly the bank involved in the order processing. The Buyer expressly agrees to these exceptions by sending the order. The personal data of customers is fully secured against misuse. Data is stored and not shared with third party applications. By submitting an order, the Buyer voluntarily provides his/her personal data and agrees to the processing and collection of his/her personal data in the Seller’s database, even after the successful completion of the contract for the purpose of a possible offer of services by the Seller, until the Buyer expresses his/her disagreement with this processing in writing. The Buyer has the right to access and rectify his/her personal data, including other legal rights in relation to such data.
